ABS Benefits Reporting Package 3.x Knowledge Base

Cause:

Generally, this occurs when a prior version of the Benefits Reporting Package was installed on the local PC but was never used, i.e. no security information was entered.  

Resolution:

To address this situation, simply start the Benefits Reporting Package and enter the appropriate preference information, including usernames, passwords, connection settings, proxy settings, etc.  Feel free to contact AmeriBen Solutions, via your Account Representative or Client Service Coordinator, to assist you.

Cause:

The installation package erroneously found MDAC version 2.5 SP 3 already installed on your computer.
